We just sold our house, and it went great, thanks to Kyle Davis. Kyle is a great guy, and a true professional. That all came across the first time I was introduced to him. We called him two and a half years later when we were ready to sell our home. First impression and his sales in the neighborhood made it easy to persuade my husband to call Kyle. He came over totally prepared. He gave a wonderful presentation. We then discussed list price, staging, minor touch ups, and that type of thing. Then with his vast knowledge of interior decorating and spatial awareness he transformed my house. Kyle spent over four hours moving furniture, hanging pictures, swapping plants, decorations, and much more. The awesome result played into the quick and painless sale of our home.
My husband had questions about the price Kyle suggested. Kyle then explained that “pricing to sell” is the way to go. We ended up with more potential buyers coming to see the house. By the end of the first weekend we had numerous contracts. The hardest part was deciding which one to accept. His advice in all of this was right on. We ended up closing $9000 above list price. We will not hesitate calling Kyle Davis if we are back in the area and need a Realtor.

From the moment you walked in our door you where full of enthusiasm and great ideas for showing our home’s potential. You presented us with letters of recommendation and a full summary of your strengths including examples of your work. We decided immediately to go with you.
In order to make our home look like the perfect home, you came over helped Jackie get clutter and toys out of the way and even added some of your decorating pizzazz! It looked so good; WE wanted to buy our house! You were amazing, it blew our mind that you climbed up a seven foot ladder to clean the chandelier in our foyer. This was no small feet since the chandelier is 12 feet off of the ground.
All this effort resulted in a seven hour sale with multiple contracts. We both knew the market in Ashburn was and still is very hot, but your efforts in the cleaning of our house (for the benefit of the others reading this besides Kyle –position) and the loaning of furniture and accessories, certainly was above and beyond anything previous realtors had ever done – this is the third residential property Jackie and I have sold.
